The University of Michigan Center for Innovation in Detroit will lease a residential tower at 2205 Cass Ave., being developed by Related Companies and Olympia Development of Michigan.
Envisioned as a hub for innovation, the UMCI building in downtown Detroit will offer cutting-edge graduate and certificate programs that develop the future-oriented skills needed to fuel regional growth and attract both emerging startups and leading employers.
